This simple "agitating" approach and our unique way of engaging the right talent to address your specific needs has effectively fuelled our growth since we opened our doors in 2014.

HOW WE GOT HERE
The Journey to Agitate Consulting
Agitate's Founder, Phil Baldock, enjoyed a successful 30 year corporate career with time at Coca-Cola Amatil and culminating at Jim Beam-Suntory where he had the privilege to lead a $1.5b business spanning across 50 countries and influencing 60% of the world's drinking population. During his time in corporate he built upon and reinforced his philosophy of "being brave, reinvent and make a difference".
Phil realised early in his career that there are very few bad businesses, just bad leaders and destructive cultures. It was this understanding that helped him transform many business organisations throughout his corporate career.
At Agitate Consulting, it's no different.
We believe the performance of a business or an individual can be transformed by connecting with and working alongside great people who are capable of dreaming big, know how to persuade others and who aren't afraid to embrace their fears or take a risk.
Phil started Agitate Consulting because he understands how powerful a high performance culture can be for a business and for its staff, and he enjoys bringing like-minded people together to influence the behaviour of others in a positive and rewarding way.

Despite our name, the Agitate Consulting experience that our clients and business partners have reported is unique; Phil and his colleagues appreciate the importance of personally taking the time to truly understand you, the business's leaders and the people alongside them, as well as your organisation's culture.
At Agitate, we believe it's essential to reflect on what's unique about you and your organisation and how it is performing before recommending any changes in strategy or behaviour, and we dig deep with an informal, hands-on approach.

Agitate works with you to enhance the capabilities of your Leadership Team so they are better able to lead the organisation through the necessary changes to realise the new vision.
We can also take individuals through this process with one-on-one coaching designed to identify their own personal brand, their set of behaviours and goals to accelerate their performance.

Agitate works alongside you and your Team to develop an Accountability and Reporting Matrix; this personalised Matrix holds the business and their people accountable to their goals and tasks.
Agitate Consulting believes that reporting should not just be for reporting's sake. We believe fact based, easy to understand, measurable and timely reporting is paramount to enhancing an individual's accountability and self-esteem in order to accelerate performance and achieve the company's - as well as your own - business goals and objectives.
An accountability and reporting process is very powerful for people as it allows them to be recognised and rewarded for their efforts. Furthermore, this process helps to identify where some individuals or areas of execution are failing or need further refinement and help.
The accountability and reporting process is easily adapted to suit individuals to help focus and enhance their own personal development.
